You can now create milestones to connect all your work items to clear timelines and delivery goals on a project level.

Milestones are time-based checkpoints that define when something needs to be done. They bring together all the work leading up to a key date like a product launch or quarterly goal.

Use Milestones to group work items, cycles, or modules under one deadline, such as a "Q4 Product launch" or a "Beta release by March 15".

Stay on schedule with recurring cycles

You can create Recurring cycles in Plane to keep teams organized by automatically creating upcoming sprints or planning periods, so no one has to do it manually. This makes work predictable, reduce setup effort, and ensure unfinished work items roll into the next cycle. Teams also gain better long-term visibility for planning and coordination.

Bring your ideas to life with draw.io in Pages

You can now create and edit diagrams or whiteboards right inside Plane Pages with the new draw.io integration. Use the /draw.io command to add visuals to your docs, turning ideas and workflows into clear, interactive diagrams—without leaving Plane.
