It automatically maps your ClickUp structure — including projects, tasks, folders, custom fields, comments, and attachments — to Plane’s workspace model, ensuring continuity and clean organization across tools.
Complete workspace import → Transfer projects, folders, lists, tasks, users, and comments directly from ClickUp to Plane.
Custom field mapping → Retain ClickUp’s custom fields (text, number, dropdown, date, checkbox, user) as Plane custom properties.
Attachment & comment sync → Import task-level files and discussions for a full project history.
Priority mapping → Match ClickUp task priorities to Plane priorities to preserve work urgency and hierarchy.
Incremental sync → Re-run imports anytime to pull new or updated ClickUp tasks.
Batch migration with progress tracking → Monitor real-time migration progress and cancel if needed.
Token-based authentication → Connect using a secure ClickUp Personal Access Token.
Scoped permissions → Only workspace admins can initiate imports, ensuring secure migration control.
Go to Workspace Settings in Plane.
Under Imports, select ClickUp Importer.
Enter your ClickUp Personal Access Token and click Connect ClickUp.
Select your ClickUp team, space, and folders to migrate.
Optionally include comments and attachments.
Map priorities between ClickUp and Plane, and choose whether to import users.
