The Notion Importer helps you migrate your documentation and knowledge base from Notion to Plane’s Pages. Upload your exported Notion workspace (as an HTML ZIP) and Plane will automatically convert it into structured Wiki pages — preserving your hierarchy, subpages, and formatting.
Perfect for teams consolidating projects, docs, and work management into one unified Plane workspace.
Seamless Notion-to-Pages migration → Converts your exported Notion content into Plane pages be it project pages, teamspace pages or wiki.
Structure preservation → Maintains page hierarchy and nested subpages for effortless navigation.
HTML-based import → Accepts Notion’s native HTML export for best formatting consistency.
Pages-ready formatting → Retains headings, lists, text colors, embeds, attachments, and tables.
Automatic hierarchy mapping → Your Notion subpages become nested pages in Plane Pages.
Instant availability → Imported content appears in the import destination of your choice, it can be any project, teamspaces or wiki.
In Notion, open the page or workspace you want to export.
Click the ⋯ (three dots) menu and select Export.
Choose Export format: HTML, include subpages, and generate the ZIP file.
In Plane, go to Workspace Settings → Imports → Notion.
Select the import destination.
Click Upload Notion Exported ZIP and upload your exported file.
Wait for the upload to complete and click Start Import.
Once finished, find your imported pages under Wiki in Plane — organized exactly as in Notion.
