Introducing Stickies and short URLs + several hundred navigation improvements

• Now, see your stickies from the web and create new stickies from this app.
• Use /browse/ followed by the work item ID in any project to quickly get to that work item.
• Tapping to select projects is now easier in "Your work" filters.
• The last used project is reused by default for all new work items created from the main screen. When creating a work item from inside a project, that project is used be default.
