Interactive charts in Plane AI 

Explore your data with dynamic, clickable charts that make insights easier to discover within Plane AI.

Columns in Pages 

Pages now support multi-column layouts, giving you more control over how content is structured and presented.

Project labels 

Add labels to projects at the workspace level to organize them by team, function, priority, or any structure that fits your workflow. Labels are reusable across projects and visible on Gallery cards, List blocks, Initiative items, and the project sidebar. Board and List layouts now support grouping projects by labels.

Enhancements

  • Intake work item type forms now support toggling the description field off, along with minor naming convention improvements.
  • Work items now include Created at and Completed at properties.
  • Work items now show a "last activity" timestamp, making it easy to spot recently updated items.
  • "/" can now be used to instantly open advanced search.
  • Quick links now come with helpful starter content.
  • Rich filters now support work items, epics, and parent.
  • Improved slash command search in the editor with better matching logic and smoother keyboard navigation.
  • Changing a work item's type now removes existing work item type properties.
  • Jira change history is now imported as activity logs.
  • Jira Server watchers are carried over as subscribers for work items.
  • Importing from Jira now automatically creates the project, no manual setup required.
  • Original Jira issue numbers are preserved during import.
  • Performance upgrades for faster page loads and smoother navigation.

  • Fixed an issue where the workspace license wasn't updating after setup on self-managed instances.
  • Fixed work item description formatting being lost during Jira import.
  • Fixed a missing setting preventing GitLab integration from working.
  • The Epic sub-issue filter now works correctly on the profile issues view.
  • Fixed a setup issue related to the new "last activity" timestamp on work items.
  • Workflow settings no longer cause page errors when certain flags are unavailable.
  • Fixed incorrectly blocked internal notification URLs.

  • URLs with longer domain extensions (like .enterprise) are now accepted, fixing issues with GitHub Enterprise setups.

  • Fixed the date picker not displaying correctly for sub-items in published portals.
